60 Minute multi-functioning class that uses all muscles groups. Stations include box jumps, sand bags, ropes, ab rollers, sleds, ending with core strengthening and flexibility.

Each class will include a comprehensive warm-up, a thorough explanation of the workout and hands-on teaching of any movements required, a workout of the day, and a cool down, all in 45 minutes!

A yoga that has its roots in both Ashtanga and Anusara yoga. The Anusara aspect focuses on proper alignment, while the Ashtanga piece creates a flow through various sequences and vinyasas that challenge the practitioner to link breath with movement. This is a more vigorous class that is intended to make build heat in the body.
