class description

Circuit training

60 Minute multi-functioning class that uses all muscles groups. Stations include box jumps, sand bags, ropes, ab rollers, sleds, ending with core strengthening and flexibility.

Kettlebell fitness

Incorporates cardio, strength training, core stabilization, and flexibility with one kettle bell of appropriate weight.

cavemen/women training

 There is no room for machines in life or sport perform-ance, so if you’ve been on machines to im-prove your strength and power it’s time to venture the world of FUNctional training!

Saturday: 7:30-8.30am

kettlebell sport

Functional movements and metabolic conditioning to help you achieve your goals in the safest and most efficient way possible. Each class will include a comprehensive warm-up, a thorough explanation of the workout and hands-on teaching of any movements required, a workout of the day, and a cool down, all in 45 minutes!

core fit

This class improves posture and builds core muscle groups through a variety of exercises.  Its designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while increasing your flexibility

yoga flow

A yoga that has its roots in both Ashtanga and Anusara yoga.  The Anusara aspect focuses on proper alignment, while the Ashtanga piece creates a flow through various sequences and vinyasas that challenge the practitioner to link breath with movement. This is a more vigorous class that is intended to make build heat in the body.

flexibility & mobility

Great class for building strength, increase flexibility and find focus. Set to music, this class will invigorate your entire body

This class offers stations of cardio, strength, plyometric and core training.  Maximize calorie burn and total body training. A boxing style class so boxing gloves are welcomed but not required.

This class infuses body weights, hand weights, balance, athletic and plyometric training exercises. Will increase core stability, muscular strength and cardio endurance

senior total mobility

This class focuses on joint mobility to increase movement and coordination in daily activity while decreasing aches and pains.

senior fit club plus

A class consisting of a total body workout. A great class at building strength, increase flexibility and finding focus. Set to relaxing music.
