This class improves posture and builds core muscle groups through a variety of exercises. Its designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while increasing your flexibility

A yoga that has its roots in both Ashtanga and Anusara yoga. The Anusara aspect focuses on proper alignment, while the Ashtanga piece creates a flow through various sequences and vinyasas that challenge the practitioner to link breath with movement. This is a more vigorous class that is intended to make build heat in the body.
