Since opening in 2011, Wilton Sport & Fitness has provided a safe environment for sport and fitness related activities to people of all ages within the community. We strive to help children and adults alike attain their goals, no matter what they may be. Through personal training services and a wide range of different programs, we offer all the tools you need to either develop or advance your skills in sport and fitness.
Dave has been coaching for over 12 years with experience at various age groups and levels in both the UK where he started coaching and the US. Amongst his qualifications he holds a B License specializing in Youth Player Development and Goalkeeper coaching licenses, alongside other coaching qualifications in both the UK and US.
He has a wealth of experience including from professional team academies in the UK and since coming to the US in 2012 he has spent 4 years as Assistant Coach & Goalkeeper Coach at Iona College (D1), 3 years as Womens Varsity Head Coach at John Jay HS and coached youth players at Premier and Travel levels.
My name is Christopher, I have over 3 years of experience training middle school and high school athletes during their respective off-seasons. I specialize in sprint form and technique, speed development, strength and conditioning, agility, first step quickness, and explosiveness. These skills play a pivotal role in becoming an exceptional athlete. The athletes that will benefit from my training practices include but are not limited to: baseball, football, lacrosse, basketball, and soccer players.
